All of Radian Core Collection products are designed for and tested by athletes like you. We are dedicated to maintaining the highest possible standards when it comes to the fabric, fit, and function of your apparel. Radian Actionwear is designed to be distraction-free, essential practicewear and has a crafted size range for Tiny, YOUth, and adult athletes based on sport-specific body types.

OUR FOUNDERS:

Radian Actionwear's co-founders, Lauren and Sarah, both have a degree in fashion, professional experience in apparel product development, and 30+ years in competitive sports. Both born and raised in the pacific northwest, their passion for athletics and fashion grew along with their friendship that began back in 2004. As former high-performance athletes, these two women represent a huge spectrum of athleticism.

Lauren, a pioneer in All-Star cheerleading in Washington state and an award winning cheer coach, has countless National Championship titles, coached athletes that went on to win UCA and NCA Collegiate National championships, and coached athletes that have represented the US National Team. Sarah was a competitive gymnast and an NCAA First Team All-American on balance beam for the University of Arkansas. Together they bring true athletic dedication and passion to their business and its products.

With the discipline and drive to compete to win, they know what athletes look for in their practicewear because they were athletes themselves. They’ve experienced first-hand the pros and cons of countless brands, styles, and fabrics and this gives Radian a unique understanding of what athletes really need from their practicewear. Athletes strive to be the best in everything they do and so does Radian Actionwear.
